Somebody will need to be present to sign for your order.
Delivery will take 2-5 working days from the day that you place your order.
We only use an insured, trackable, signed-for service for Nutramilk machines, but may use a more economical service, at our discretion, for deliveries of nuts, spares and accessories.
If you would like to return any product, get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for return.
The product must be in UK for us to organise the return.
We will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt, provided goods are unused, undamaged and perfectly packed in the original packaging.
If your Nutramilk develops a fault, please get in touch by emailing email@example.com with a full description of the fault.
Your Nutramilk machine is guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
We will not accept returns of nuts if packaging has been opened.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
